
Well, summer is over, back to work. and back to bentos. Here's my first of the year. Sugar snap peas, fried chicken thigh, and pasta shells alfredo with red bell pepper.

Wednesday bento. on top: sliced mango, heart boiled egg on lettuce. on bottom: steamed sugar peas, chicken pad thai, spinach spankipita, and broccoli bites.
I have got to get more organized and get a store of bento food in the fridge and freezer. Doing it all from scratch evey morning is not working out so well.
